Delivery

At Real Touch, our aim is to ship our products in a quick, safe and inexpensive manner. We deliver to all destinations within Bangladesh. Most national orders are delivered in 3 to 5 business days. In exception cases it can take more times but don’t worry we will keep you posted time to time to give the best possible schedule time to delivered the item.

Real Touch Bangladesh opens the doorway for everybody to shop over the Internet. Our dedicated Real Touch quality assurance team works round the clock personally to make sure the right packages reach on time. Our services are at your doorsteps with low delivery charge. We process all deliveries through reputed courier services as well as our in-house delivery team. We deliver products all over the Bangladesh as well as the world. If there is any modification in delivery charge for a particular item, it is mentioned in product details.

If your order has already been dispatched, we will unfortunately not be able to change any delivery details.

Standard Delivery: If your delivery address is within Dhaka city, products will be delivered by within 2-3 business days. If it is outside Dhaka, it will take 5-7 business days. If you order after 6 PM, it will be considered as an order of next business day. Our Business Day: Saturday to Thursday except public holidays.

Note: Requested respected customers to refrain from buying excessive goods after being panicked. We are unable to entertain any bulk quantity during COVID-19. Delivery may delay due to COVID-19.

Exceptional Delivery: There are some exceptional items that we import from outside Bangladesh. These items can take 10 or more days to reach you. However, you will receive your order within the time specified.

Dhaka City:

We deliver across the Dhaka city mostly on Next Day. If your order is over BDT 2000 in value and under 2 kg in weight, your delivery will be free. If your order may be outside these bounds, you will be quoted for delivery on checkout.

Nationwide

We work with Sundarban courier to deliver orders to nationwide. If you’re checking out for delivery outside of Dhaka it will cost you BDT 100 for most of the items, in exceptional cases we provide a shipping estimate on checkout.

Replacement Guarantee

We provide great customer experience each time you shop with your Real Touch. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ensure ‘Replacement Guarantee’. We will replace your purchased product if the product has any defect by its manufacturer or if the product is not the same one you ordered. Please check your products in front of riders or courier service agents.

All you need to do is give us a call or drop an email at realtouchbd2020@gmail.com  Fashion Bangladesh within a period of 24 hours from the date of delivery. However, please return the product with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Replacement for products is subject to inspection and checking by Real Touch team. Replacement cannot be possible if the product is burnt, damaged by short circuit, or broken by customer.

We give the option of taking back the product from your doorstep at Dhaka. If reverse pickup is not possible from your doorstep, you can send it by courier to our office address. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our ‘Replacement Guarantee’.

  1. Do you charge for delivery- What’s the charge?

Yes we charge for the shipping charge but it depends on where you want the item to be delivered and the amount of your single order. If your order amount more than BDT 2000 it will be FREE of charge.

Delivery timeframes depend on where you want the item to be delivered.

We’ll send you an email as soon as your order has been confirmed and dispatched from our warehouse and generally we do it on the same day if you placed an order before 5PM. Where required, your email may include a tracking number.

Alternatively you can jump into your account to track your order online.
